I'm Selma. I'm 23, I studied AI at VU Amsterdam, and I've been building things with LLMs since before it was the obvious career move.

I care about systems that work in production, not just in notebooks. The difference matters — a chunking strategy that looks clean in a demo can destroy retrieval quality at scale. Latency that’s acceptable in a test is unacceptable in a companion app.

Right now I'm building vibeapp — a solo project that's equal parts technical challenge and something I genuinely wanted to exist in the world.

I'm based in the Netherlands.
